Patotoy Cunt Punt

So here's SSM's virtual/visual tour of TOYCON 2013.

Which was held last month JUNE 14-16, 2013.
And we're just posting this now because we're ahh uhm....LAZY!

So here it is anyways. DAY 3 of the 3 day toy love affair.
So we went there and by WE, I meant only me, DARK CHAPEL.

And we pretty much spent half of the day within THIS area.

while the other half was spent buying discounted comic books at the
COMIC ODYSSEY booth.

While the rest of the hall had a lil' something-something that caught our
attention. But nothing too spectacular after all.

I guess it has something to do with our current age and the unsettling realization
that cosplayers/anime fans are cheapskates that we no longer get a kick
from all that cosplay hullabaloo.

But not on all cosplayers because we still are a bunch of sexually active GUYS after all.
And TITS and ASSES would very well still make us very HAPPY. IfyouknowwhatImean!

That's probably one of our regrets on not going to DAY 2. But in general,
we don't give a shit about cosplaying anymore.
So we say, FUCK IT!

The OTHER thing that we don't give a rat's ass about are TOYS.

Yes, folks!
We don't care and you can quote us on that!
The best thing about TOYCON was the COMIC BOOKS.

But not on all toys but the CURRENT ones atleast.
Lookie here, you CURRENT generation of toy collectors and enthusiasts!
Those things that you're buying now with your hard earned salary/allowance/
lunch money...
Well, guess what?

They'd worth SQUAT standing next to THESE babies.

I'm not here to brag but a lot of the toys YOU own are still in production
and would at nowhere and at no time be considered as a RARE collectible.

We'd still have to wait for the year 4000 or 5000 and we'd probably
be dead by then. So what's the use?
My advise to you is to invest your TIME and MONEY on the VINTAGE stuff.

These are the things that would eventually appreciate in value and would
rake in some dough and bragging rights for you and would be grandchildrens
in the future.

So ditch the current stuff, buy wisely and be rich later!

We really didn't get to roam around a lot. And again with old age, we seriously
just wanted to go home.

Familiar face that actually made us less of a downer and more of a smiler.

CHUN-LI IN FULL GEEK MODE.

All in all, it was not bad.
We're no longer feeling the vibe since we're so used to the selling part
that buying some over priced mundane shit is no longer something that appeals to us.
And besides, we have stacks and stacks of comic books to read
and we're quite happy with our pull list. That we're about
to share and review soon enough.
