Cutting Corners

As blogged about back in Nov. 10 of last year:
http://silentsanctummanga.blogspot.com/2019/11/corner-tactics.html

We did drop by the same place by November 12 2019.
Which was a Tuesday (our day-off).
Our last visit was cut short due to budget constraints but we intend to
buy a few trading card binders in which the store carries quite abundantly.
We weren't able to buy any (not even oneTankobon at the time but was fortunate enough
to chance upon a few other titles that caught our eye.

Familiar titles like:
Shadow Skill.
And with several colored pages looking like THIS:
The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya.
Highschool Of The Dead.
This very first issue of Neon Genesis Evangelion
Saint Young Men.
Angelic Layer.
Aiki-S by Isutoshi.
To rare and kinda obscure titles like:
Sengoku Basara.
Melty Blood.
which to our understanding, was a superior fighting game.
I didn't know this had a manga version as well.

Kirin by Showhei Halumoto.
is a story about biker gangs.
The art has that Katsuhiro Otomo look to it.

Drifters.
Which we kinda liked but we didn't purchase and I still don't know why?
The art was a bit Hellsing-ish.

Lady Cool.
Which was kinda COOL, I guess?
Much to the approval of Mr. Carlito here,
no doubt!

Kamiyadori.
Which we kinda liked as well
but then again didn't purchase!

And last but not the least, Yasuraka Monsters.
With pages looking like THESE:
I mean, C'MON!
Why the hell didn't we bought this????

When all this ECQ and GCQ is over.
Hopefully, we could all go back to our manga hunting ways.
Because keeping their businesses afloat is our one true mission in life.
And you better believe that, man!
