Spice Island
TVC with Liza Soberano:
So here it is guys!
Released late last month (around my birthday) hence all the more that we had to review this really
hip and trending snack from Jollibee.
So what else can we say about it?
Well. For starters, they got the SPICE part right.
It's spiced in a good way. Not too salty nor too flavorful that you can no longer taste the potatoes.
However, CRISPY it surely is NOT.
It is actually more soggy than crispy!
But that's not a bad thing,
IT'S A GOOD THING!
Because we do love our fries soggy after all.
Not even the bestest chefs can do that.
So kudos to Jollibee for catering to my rather weird and eccentric palate.

That "naiwan sa loob ng bag" taste is actually quite difficult to replicate.
Not even the bestest chefs can do that.

Travel Buddies
Late September - Early October was a good time for yours truly and several other komikeros to travel abroad.
Be it on a family vacation, personal relaxation or shopping purposes.
We usually couldn't find the time (or money) to do this as often as we want to but
when we do, we usually enjoy the heck out of it.
And thanks to the wonders of social media, we can now put two and two together
and circle around the globe in 80 days(more like for 4-5 days but what the hey!). Wellll, we did went to different places so "circling around"
anything sounds somewhat appropriate as it is heavily exaggerated.
We kick off this list with "The" Rob Cham. As he travels to jolly Japan.
Yours truly went to troublesome Hong Kong.
Tito of the year, Josel Nicolas went down under to hippity-hoppity Australia.
We then end this list with Norby traveling to la-la-lovely L.A.
It is our fervent desire to be able to eventually tour and sell our komiks overseas.
Hopefully, that wish wouldn't be just a pipe dream and we could eventually see that happen within this lifetime.
And with that in mind, Where would your camera/passport take you to next?
Only time (and your money) will tell!
