Well, we did have that one game that's super faithful to the manga version (Dragon Ball Fighter Z).
Hence it wouldn't be too much to ask for one that's super faithful to the anime version.
And this is just that game, I guess?

Kens Of Koys

Born from the minds of both Romualdo Ramos (Writer) and Tony Velasquez (Artist).
And with the latter being highly credited as the "Father of Pilipino Komiks".
Kenkoy first appeared in the pages of Liwayway Magazine back in January 11, 1929.
Predating his more famous international counterparts such as Betty Boop, Lil Abner, and even
Superman.

A pop icon of his time(American Period). He is fondly remembered by his pidgin way of talking
which is a mixture of English, Spanish and Tagalog. Which would later on evolve
to Carabao English (Broken English) then eventually Taglish. This would not be
Kenkoy's last contribution to the Tagalog language for the very name of the character itself
would be used to describe a joker or foolish person.
His influence could also be felt in both music "Hay Naku Kenkoy" (Nicanor Abelardo) and "Mr. Kenkoy" (Mike Hanopol).
And eventually on the 1951 film adaptation starring Lopito, Dely Atay-Atayan, etc.

And if my college research paper was correct. Kenkoy was also the ONLY komiks to have been
published during the very strict Japanese Occupation during World War II. Mr. Velasquez would also
create advertising based komik characters for various companies.

Mean Machine

WWE Hall of Famer Gene Okerlund, the most recognizable interviewer in sports-entertainment history, has passed away at age 76.

“Mean Gene,” as he was named by fellow Minnesotan, Jesse “The Body” Ventura, first came to prominence as an interviewer in the American Wrestling Association. In 1984, Okerlund made the move to WWE where he became as recognizable as the Superstars he asked the tough questions to, including “Macho Man” Randy Savage, The Ultimate Warrior and, perhaps Okerlund's greatest guest, none other than the immortal Hulk Hogan. Countless Hulkster interviews included the indelible phrase, "Well you know something 'Mean' Gene!"

As the respected and reliable man behind the microphone in WWE, Okerlund branched out from interviewing and provided ringside commentary and hosted several shows, including All-American Wrestling, Tuesday Night Titans, Wrestling Challenge, Prime Time Wrestling and WWE Confidential.

Announcing wasn't all that Okerlund could do with a microphone, as he performed the National Anthem at the first WrestleMania in 1985. Later that year, Okerlund would sing “Tutti Frutti” on WWE’s The Wrestling Album.

In 1993, Okerlund joined WCW where he continued to interview many of the legends he had worked with in the AWA and WWE, as well as WCW stalwarts like Sting, Diamond Dallas Page, Goldberg and others.

Okerlund returned to WWE in 2001 to call the Gimmick Battle Royal at WrestleMania 17 along with Bobby “The Brain” Heenan and continued to appear on WWE television programming, including as a cast member on WWE Network’s Legends’ House.

The Fifth Turtle

There was indeed a fifth Ninja Turtle and his name is not Venus.
Well, technically Venus still is the fifth turtle from the short lived Ninja Turtles : The Next Mutation.

But not so recent searches would suggest a fifth turtle supposedly part of the unproduced IV live action TMNT movie from the 90's.
A turtle that would not be named after a renaissance artist or a work of art but rather after the King Of Comics himself, Jack Kirby.
