Character Tropes : Warrior Monks

(Topic as unintentionally suggested by Happy Lockjaw.)

Warrior monks or Sōhei are fairly common characters in anime and fighting games.
But with the Philippines being predominantly a Catholic/Christian country, we might closely associate monks
with eastern religion or more ignorantly as kung-fu masters in Chinese movies.

Not to mention Pinoy's bad experiences with monks who are reported to be mostly swindlers/scammers.

There might have been more modern takes on this character trope.
Hence we are sticking with the old and more traditional looking monks (ex: in monk robes, sporting beads, moxibustion, etc.).

Yes, there is NO WAY Jack Ma can win against any of his opponents in real life.
But then again, this is just a FICTIONAL movie and he funded everything hence everyone else is "selling" for him.
Anyone that wishes to remind us of as to how "Wrestling Is Fake" should definitely acknowledge the fact that this movie is even FAKER!

But it is pretty impressive considering this as a free film and all.
