Well, we did have that one game that's super faithful to the manga version (Dragon Ball Fighter Z).
Hence it wouldn't be too much to ask for one that's super faithful to the anime version.

Kens Of Koys

Born from the minds of both Romualdo Ramos (Writer) and Tony Velasquez (Artist).
And with the latter being highly credited as the "Father of Pilipino Komiks".
Kenkoy first appeared in the pages of Liwayway Magazine back in January 11, 1929.
Predating his more famous international counterparts such as Betty Boop, Lil Abner, and even
Superman.

A pop icon of his time(American Period). He is fondly remembered by his pidgin way of talking
which is a mixture of English, Spanish and Tagalog. Which would later on evolve
to Carabao English (Broken English) then eventually Taglish. This would not be
Kenkoy's last contribution to the Tagalog language for the very name of the character itself
would be used to describe a joker or foolish person.
His influence could also be felt in both music "Hay Naku Kenkoy" (Nicanor Abelardo) and "Mr. Kenkoy" (Mike Hanopol).
And eventually on the 1951 film adaptation starring Lopito, Dely Atay-Atayan, etc.

And if my college research paper was correct. Kenkoy was also the ONLY komiks to have been
published during the very strict Japanese Occupation during World War II. Mr. Velasquez would also
create advertising based komik characters for various companies.
