Bahagyang inspirasyon ng Western comic strips at comic book, ang Pinoy komiks ay unang ipinakilala noong 1920s. Nagkamit ito ng katanyagan mula 1970s hanggang 1980s. Gayunpaman, dahil sa pagpapakilala ng bagong libangan at mga hamon sa ekonomiya sa industriya ng paglalathala, bumaba nang tuluyan ang komiks. Nagkaroon ng mga pagsisikap na buhayin ang industriya ng komiks ng Pilipino sa mga nakalipas na taon, lalo na pagdating ng mga graphic novel at kanilang mga multimedia iteration, at ang muling pagkabuhay ng independent publishing initiatives.
Ang mga oras ng eksibisyon ay mula Martes hanggang Linggo, ika-10 ng umaga hanggang ika-6 ng gabi, at pinalawig hanggang ika-9 ng gabi na may mga palabas sa CCP Main Theater. Magkakaroon ng special artists reception sa Disyembre 3 (Sabado), ika-11 ng umaga, na may mga pop-up booth ng Libreriangelo, Komikon Inc., Haliya Publishing, MIXD, Chopsoy Comics, ANN Group, at Urban Sketchers Manila hanggang ika-4 ng hapon.

2 of our entries made it into the Street Fighter 35th Anniversary Tribute artbook as organized/curated by Legacy Tributes and Mr. Pete Fighter.
The first artwork I drew was that of all the rejected Street Fighter II characters. Zubaz and Riot Police included.
The second one was that of the iconic EVO match between Justin Wong and Daigo.
Both are equally important and pivotal moments in Street Fighter's rich history.
